The puppies are hard to keep track of in the deep grass. 
It hides some of the cuteness.
And they can sneak up on you if you’re not paying attention.
But it’s good for exploring.
With brothers and sisters.
Or alone for the really brave one.
It’s good to get a taste of the world.
As long as someone is keeping an eye on you.
It’s a puppy forest!
So much fun!
One puppy really likes to cuddle.
It might not always be the same puppy.
Kerri can’t tell them apart.
They are all just very, very cute.
And they find a way to snuggle
No matter what position Mom is in.
Which she probably doesn’t like very much because it’s really hot out.
There are new puppies at the zoo!
Arctic wolf puppies!
At least 6 of them!
And they are so cute!
So very cute!
Dad doesn’t really like to play.
There was some disagreement over whether it’s OK to snarl at the babies.
The puppies aren’t even smart enough to stay out of the way when the grown ups are fighting.
Dad was sorry.
They made up. 
But he still just doesn’t understand why these things won’t leave him alone.
He doesn’t have any milk!

The puppies can’t figure out what his problem is.
Mom has to feed all 6 little guys

Which makes her very hungry.
I don’t think she’s going to teach the pups not to chew with their mouths open.
She gets to be nose to nose with cuteness. 
Such cute noses!
Sometimes the cuteness attacks her nose.
Sometimes it winds up in her mouth.
They may be a little too curious.
They get lots of kisses.

Or right in Mom’s mouth.
I don’t know how you could ever get bored with all of that cuteness.
We decided to go back to the beach for our anniversary, regretfully not the same beach.
OK, so it wasn’t quite that cold.
Air temperature wasn’t too cold, but the water was definitely not going to happen and Kerri was not happy at the suggestion.
We had to work on our anniversary and we wasted all our time at the beach, so for dinner we had chicken fingers & ramen (We were out of french fries)
Matt turned his into gourmet Indonesian style ramen with fried scallions topped with an egg, over easy, accompanied with baked breaded fried chicken breast tossed in a spicy soy-hoisin sauce, topped with fresh cut scallions and toasted sesame seeds. (He also decoratively arranged Kerri’s BBQ sauce because it was a special meal after all).
