The Adventures of Kerri & Matt

Charlie can cling to Mom on her own now, leaving Mom handsfree after less than two months.

Gorilla babies are definitely better than human babies.

This is a tomistoma.

He is a kind of big crocodile.

He lives with lots of turtles.

But don’t worry, he prefers to hunt cubes.

He doesn’t even go after the turtles when they try to steal his cubes!

He picks up the cubes from the bottom.

Then brings them all the way to the top to eat them.

Then he goes down to pick up more cubes.

We went behind Niagara Falls.

Matt went full tourist and wore the yellow plastic. Kerri did not.

The water is at the end of that tunnel. And that is as close as we could get.

Matt probably got more wet from sweat than Kerri did from the waterfall.

The view from the platform that’s not behind the falls was much better.

The baby geese from the spring are growing up.

They are much taller

But still quite fluffy.

Matt says I can’t call them teenagers because they are only a few months old.

But they are definitely teenagers.

They still hang out with Mom.

And you still don’t want to mess with Mom.

You probably don’t want to mess with the babies now either.

They are fairly nice to each other.

But they look pretty scary.
