The baby clouded leopards are now ferocious hunters.
They each got their own treat. But they are siblings, so of course one treat was ignored and they fought over the other one.
Even though they were exactly the same.
The loser was unimpressed.
Although the winner didn’t actually eat it either.
Then something happened in the pond. Something you apparently had to be a cat to see. But it was very interesting.
Then they got back to the food-toy.
Put it in his mouth.
And spit it back out again.
If anyone’s wondering why the zoo doesn’t give the animals live prey, this is the reason.
It’s certainly not because they aren’t mighty hunters.
They are totally ferocious.
Cute.
But ferocious.
