This year for Thanksgiving Dinner we had to have Maritimes turkey. And they are only 1.25 pounds so we had to have two of them. Plus a pound of mussels and fish balls.
There were no leftovers.

Because it was the 150th anniversary we thought we would stop and see where Canada was born.
Unfortunately Canada apparently decided this was a good year to renovate. So we didn’t see anything.
We went on a whale watching tour. We saw a bald eagle from far, far away.
We also saw a lot of water.
And cliffs.
There were more birds on the cliffs, but they were also far, far away, so we couldn’t identify them.
Finally, at the very end, we saw some mammals in the distance.
It is very windy where Alexander Graham Bell lived.
He used to fly kites with big heavy instruments attached to them.
So we should have been able to pull off a small sheep.
But sheep are stubborn.
And they tend to flip around.
Not very high off the ground.
After much effort Matt got the sheep over his head.
Kerri managed to fly the box kite absolutely perfectly the whole time of course.
She may have had to put a bit of effort in to get it up.
But up it went.
High overhead.
This definitely never happened.
Matt definitely did not watch a whole lot of that from his red chair of scenic scenicness.
